Referrers

We welcome referrals from General Practitioners and other Specialists. Unreferred consultations and international patients (who do not have a valid Medicare card) will not attract a Medicare rebate.

Please ensure your referral is sent to us either by email (clinic@easternent.com.au), fax (03 9817 4599) or given to the patient. For urgent appointments please contact our reception staff on 03 9817 4366 indicating the reason for the urgency and an appointment will be made available as soon as possible.

Some conditions such as active epistaxis should be referred to an Emergency Department, and microsuctioning of ear canals is only available at North Balwyn and Wantrina.
